Total quality management (TQM) is management system which occurs an operation culture, are focused to costumer all of it. TQM is universal process. TQM is a group activity and can not be realized individually. In TQM to prevent false and to reach to quality is all employees responsibilities who are from top management ,to workers, from suppliers to production workers.

Providing big competition power and advantages TQM, if only all principles do and apply (*costumer focused* leader of top management*continual improvement*all attendances), it will succeeded to develop dynamism and structure of organization..
